While you have already been given an insight into the customer service and the development department in past blog entries, it is now time to introduce our sales department to you. In our interesting blog series “employees blog” our Junior Sales Manager Tobias will tell you a little more about his working area and daily routines.
Hello, I’m Tobi and Junior Sales Manager at edudip. I have been working for edudip for over a year now and together with my two colleagues Dominic and Janos, we represent the sales force at edudip. The three of us share one office which is due to our exclusive and concentrated masculinity also called the “man cave”. 😉
In the morning I’m usually the first one in the office. I start the day with looking through my e-mails while having a large cup of coffee. Afterwards I begin with my daily tasks. These include not only the handling of inbound requests but also the consulting of potential customers via e-mail and telephone. In addition, my responsibilities include the arrangement of telephone appointments or appointments for presentations on-site at the prospects and creating individual offers. But not only the acquisition of new customers is an important part of my work, it is also my responsibility to ensure that our existing customers feel in good hands with us.
The lunch break I like to spend in the communal kitchen with the rest of the team and preferably some pizza, burgers or sushi. Freshly strengthened I go back to work before I leave the office around 5 o’clock in the afternoon.
What I like the most about my job is the constant contact with customers from various industries and company sizes and the challenge to make a good job in consulting people with very different requirements. I also like the open and easy-going working atmosphere with my colleagues and our constantly evolving product.
Now I have to get back to work! Those who want to know more about me, our platform or our business solution, can of course contact me at any time. Just write to email@example.com 😉
